Adam Ford- President
Originally from Arizona, Adam moved to Florida in 1995 and formally founded ACF Consulting in 2001. With over 21 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in systems administration, programming, and application development. He has been recognized by industry leaders Microsoft and Cisco as a Certified Systems Engineer, Database Administrator, and Networking Associate.Adam's entrepreneurial spirit began in high school where he provided fellow students with word processing services. Little did he know that he was already laying the groundwork for what would later become ACF. Adam provides the foundation for the growth and development of ACF through his management skills, strong attention to detail, and a consistent focus on customer service.
Adam has always enjoyed being outdoors, is an avid fisherman and hunter, and enjoys playing golf. Adam spends much of his free time with his wife and is looking forward to the birth of their first child.
Drew Hackworth- IT Manager

Drew was born and raised in West Virginia where he attended Marshall Univerity and studied Network Administration. He lived in Mexico City, Mexico and Los Angeles, CA before joining ACF's team in 2008. A Veteran in the technology industry, Drew works hand in hand with world class companies to ensure that our clients are delivered the right solution. As IT Manager, Drew and his team's dedication to our clients ensures that when there is a problem its addressed in a timely matter and saw through to resolution.
Drew has a passion for Latin American culture and customs and is proficient in Mexican Spanish and has sufficient understanding of the cultures and customs from the time he spent living there. In addition he works with a group that performs the Rocky Horror Picture show biweekly at the Tampa Pitcher Show, a group that also donates their time in money to local charities such as Alex's Lemonade Stand and the Children's Home of Tampa Bay.
Chris Schmelter- Art Director
Chris is originally from New York where he received his BA from the University of Albany and attended the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. He moved to the Tampa area with his family in June of 2005 and joined ACF shortly thereafter. He has over 12 years of experience in design and currently leads the Art and Marketing department on all projects from print graphics, to corporate identity and website design.Chris is currently a board member of AG Bell Florida which works to help deaf children and their families. He also enjoys coaching youth baseball, playing golf, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
Barbara DiLisio- Graphic Designer
Barbara is originally from South Jersey and moved to Florida in 2001. She joined ACF in 2008 as a graphic designer/web developer and is also responsible for writing the ACF blog. She has a Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Interactive Media from The Art Institute of Tampa. In her spare time she likes watching live bands, photography, writing, and spending time with her family and dog.Julie McFadden - Web Developer

Julie is originally from State College, Pennsylvania. She attended Pennsylvania State University after serving in the US Navy as an assistant photographer and later as a data systems designer. Her degree is in Classics, though she worked in the computer labs while not studying Latin and Ancient Greek. It was in the computer labs that she discovered web site development - before Yahoo came out, she had built her own first web site.
After graduating from Penn State, Julie worked for a variety of dot.Com's, moving from State College to Philadelphia to Seattle. She then moved to Arkansas and worked as a Senior Administrator for 9 years at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Arkansas while her son completed his education. Julie has acted as a lead web developer, systems administrator, storage administrator, and project manager. She has worked on projects ranging from personal to enterprise throughout her 15+ years of IT experience. She continues to study history and language in her free time and recently completed a month in France to improve her spoken skills in French. In addition to her more academic pursuits, she has skydived, scuba-dived, and hiked the Grand Canyon. She moved to Florida in July 2011 in order to enjoy the activities available at the beach, including sailing and wind-surfing. She lives with her dog, Otto von Bismarck, an 11 year old miniature schnauzer who tolerates her eccentricities better than most humans and can occasionally be found at a rock concert or reggae festival.
Angie Ford- Operations Manager
Angie joined ACF in 2004 as the Operation Manager and is responsible for accounting, office management, and executive support. Originally from Glendale, Arizona she moved to Tampa Bay in 1995. Before joining ACF, Angie worked at Tech Data in their HR department and in their Product Marketing department as an Executive Assistant. Brigitte Sanfranek - Office Manager

Brigitte Safranek is originally from the Chicago land area and moved to Florida in 1997. With over 15 years of office experience, she has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of administrative services, excelling in contract administration and risk management. In her free time, Brigitte enjoys the culinary arts, gardening, fishing, and reading. Brigitte is also a notary public and mother to an outstanding 5 year old.
Bill Schmelter PhD-Copywriter
Bill is originally from Long Island, New York where he worked as a psychologist and behavioral health administrator for over 30 years. He received his PhD in Program Evaluation and Applied Research in Psychology from Hofstra University. Bill moved with his wife to Florida in 2005 and began working as a national consultant and trainer in the mental health and substance use field in 2006. Bill has always had an interest in writing and joined ACF in 2009 as a part-time copywriter. Bill's imagination, research skills, and writing ability have helped add a new dimension to ACF's marketing department. Bill enjoys boating, golf, and spending time with his wife, three sons, and two grandchildren.
